Pivot AI is built on SOC2-compliant infrastructure providers (AWS, Vercel, and Supabase). We are GDPR compliant and currently in the process of achieving our own SOC2 Type II certification. Our UK-based data centres ensure compliance with data sovereignty requirements. Importantly, we configure our LLM (Claude) to never learn from your client data - it only queries the specific documents you provide without retaining or training on confidential information.

Every client matter is cryptographically isolated using 256-bit encryption keys unique to each case. We enforce strict role-based access controls, complete audit logging, and data segregation at both the firm and case level. Your data is never used to train AI models - our LLM is configured to query only, not to learn. All processing respects legal professional privilege. We sign comprehensive NDAs and Data Processing Agreements with all beta firms and align with your existing software procurement processes.

You retain full ownership of your data at all times. Upon request, we provide complete data export in industry-standard formats and securely delete all information from our systems within 30 days, with certified proof of deletion.
